JBY's Holiday Masquerade Comedy Ball
JBY’s Holiday Masquerade Comedy Ball is not your average show. Get ready for some live music, hilarious comedy, interactive audience games (with prizes), improv, and the show’s signature “dress to impress contest” for a chance to be crowned king & queen of the ball. This is dynomite of a showcase is curated by award-winning actress, comedian, singer, and director, Mahogany Reynolds (also known as: Ms. Mahogany). At JBY’s Holiday Masquerade Comedy Ball you will walk away happier and even inspired. The show features local talent in stand-up comedy with funny stories of life, adulting, and world topics. So put on your holiday best and come out for a night of sparkling fun. Dress to impress, theme is masquerade or costume, no jeans, no snickers. This is a show for the grown and fabulous.
Mahogany Reynolds
Born and fortified strong in Detroit City, Mahogany Reynolds (also known as: Ms. Mahogany) is a powerhouse of talent. She is an award-winning actress, comedian, singer, model, teaching-artist, and the founder/executive director of Just Be You Performing Arts, LLC an arts organization with a stellar legacy of developing innovative programming. Ms. Mahogany made her debut in the arts at the tender age of six, starting off as a model, who soon became a supermodel in her own right, after graduating college with two degrees. Soon after, she immersed herself in acting and has appeared in numerous films, TV shows, and starred in an off-Broadway play; where she never left the stage for a straight two hour standing ovation performance. Ms. Mahogany’s journey led her to comedy by literally a twist of fate. Now she curates comedy shows that are clean, classy, and hilarious. She has shared her platform with countless aspiring stand-up comedians thereby helping them build their own careers. Ms. Mahogany is fabulously funny, innovative, inspiring, and always dressed for the red carpet. Her trademark mantra, “Be Blessed & Just Be You” is the cornerstone of everything she does. Anessa is currently a freshman in college at West Chester University for Music Education, where she is involved in numerous choir and instrumental ensembles. She enjoys doing theatre within her community. She has played multiple roles such as Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz Jr. and Katherine in Newsies Jr. Anessa was nominated in May 2025 for a Freddy Award for her role as Donna in Mamma Mia! Robin Henry – Comedian/Improv Artist
Robin specializes in comedic storytelling based on true life experiences. She has been entertaining friends and colleagues for years with funny stories. She is devoted to humor and performs improv comedy at several venues and frequently at the Harrisburg Improv Theatre. Christy Devlin – Comedian/Actor
Christy is a comedian, writer and actor. She has studied improv, sketch and writing for TV in Chicago, New York, California and Pennsylvania. She performs with several improv teams and a character duo team, the Mister Sisters. When she’s not performing, or working on new sketch comedy projects, Christy tries to be an adult. Theresa HK – Comedian/Speaker
Theresa performs regularly bringing sharp wit and big laughs to every stage. She has performed at comedy venues on the east coast, as well as on celebrity cruise ships. By day she’s a globally-recognized professional speaker, trainer and coach, while still keeping it fun. She is a two-time Emmy® winner for her work on the PBS talk show Counter Culture.
